BTG plc: Directorate Change Amendment

BTG plc (LSE: BGC), the specialist healthcare company, announces that Rolf Soderstrom will no longer be leaving the company at the end of March and will continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer.

Louise Makin, BTG’s CEO, commented: “The Board is delighted that Rolf has chosen to stay at BTG. He has been a core part of the team and we look forward to his ongoing financial leadership as we continue to build our business.”
