65 marathons down, 35 to go

At age 65, Lamburtus Melcher IV has already run 65 marathons – including races in every U.S. state – with an ultimate goal of hitting 100 marathons. He does much of his training at his sanitation job, where he gets in his miles by running behind the truck while “throwing trash.” He's chasing his dream of 100 race medals with help from his Boston Scientific ACCOLADE™ pacemaker.
