Guidant Cancels Briefing at the Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics Conference

Indianapolis, Ind. - Guidant Corporation (NYSE and PCX: GDT) announced today that it has cancelled its briefing at the Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) conference in Washington, D.C. The briefing was scheduled to take place Sept. 14 at 8 a.m. (EDT). The session will be rescheduled at an appropriate time.

The company cancelled the briefing in the aftermath of the events of today.
