Guidant to Host General Briefing at the American College of Cardiology Meeting

Indianapolis, Ind. - Guidant Corporation (NYSE and PCX: GDT), a world leader in the medical technology industry, will host a general briefing at the American College of Cardiology meeting in Orlando, Fla. The briefing, which will be webcast live, will take place at 7 a.m. (EST), March 20, and will feature discussion of Guidant's major business areas by Guidant senior management.
