Guidant Announces Live Webcast of its Second Quarter Earnings Conference Call

INDIANAPOLIS-Guidant Corporation (NYSE: GDT) will conduct a live webcast of its second quarter 2004 earnings conference call on Thursday, July 22 at 11:00 a.m. EDT. The company will issue a press release detailing second quarter 2004 earnings before the opening of the New York Stock Exchange on July 22.
