Guidant to Release Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2004 Results

Indianapolis, Ind. - Guidant Corporation (NYSE: GDT) will announce financial results for the fourth quarter and full-year 2004 on January 27, 2005. A press release will be issued before the opening of the New York Stock Exchange that morning.
