(June 14, 2005) -- Boston Scientific Corporation (NYSE: BSX) today announced that it has completed the final phase of the acquisition of Rubicon Medical Corporation (OTC BB: RMDC). Boston Scientific completed a cash tender offer for any and all outstanding common stock of Rubicon on June 1, 2005. That was followed by the subsequent merger of Nemo I Acquisition, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boston Scientific, with and into Rubicon on June 14, 2005. Following the merger, Rubicon became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boston Scientific.
