Boston Scientific receives Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work Award

Glassdoor recently recognized Boston Scientific with an Employees’ Choice Best Places to Work in 2018. Glassdoor selects the Top 100 based solely on employee company reviews over the last year. Boston Scientific ranked 35 in Glassdoor’s U.S. large company category with an overall company rating of 4.4 out of 5.0.

Employees rated their satisfaction with the company overall, as well as on key workplace factors such as career opportunities, compensation, benefits, work/life balance, senior management, culture and values. Employees also defined the best reasons to work at their companies and any downsides. The final list is compiled based on Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm, and takes into account quantity, quality and consistency of reviews. Glassdoor is one of the world’s largest job sites with reviews on approximately 700,000 companies in more than 190 countries.
